several Super Bowl victories in the early 1990's pro nfl atmosphere

Sometimes quality pro nfl coaches are able to revive a professional sports franchise to some of its past glory and other times a pro nfl coach is simply unable to work their magic with other pro nfl teams. For example take Jimmy Johnson and how he was able to lead the Dallas Cowboys to several Super Bowl victories in the early 1990's pro nfl atmosphere.

Johnson would come back with the Dolphins and his luck working with legendary pro nfl quarterback Dan Marino. Johnson would soon realize that the grind of the pro nfl schedule and the toll that the pro nfl schedule took on his family was just simply too much for him to handle. Johnson would resign from the pro nfl job with the jobs and split most of his between broadcasting games for FOX and living in his home in the Florida Keys. Johnson was fired in his first pro nfl job from the Dallas Cowboys due to a rift with pro nfl owner Jerry Jones. It appears that Johnson just caught a case of burn out with his time in Miami. This is despite the fact that Johnson also had quality defensive pro nfl players like Zach Thomas and Jason Taylor on the roster of the Miami Dolphins.

A pro nfl coach like Dennis Green who had plenty of success with the Minnesota Vikings was just sure that he could be the one to permanently fix the Arizona Cardinals and that ultimate rebuilding pro nfl project. Despite having three decent years and having a memorable press conference that people who follow pro nfl games will remember for decades following a loss to the Bears, Green was fired. Green was also very enthusiastic during his introductory press conference as head coach of the pro nfl Arizona Cardinals franchise. This just shows that all the optimism in the world does not necessarily create a forum for success in a pro nfl setting.
